Many people are complaining about the shortage of qualified security professionals to fill positions lately. Although there may not be a surplus of talent, the right people are out there and the jobs that need to be filled are not being advertised in the right place in the right way.

Speaker's Biography

Jeff Reich holds CISSP, CRISC, and ITIL certifications, is an ISSA Distinguished Fellow, and is an inductee in the ISSA Hall of Fame. Currently, as the Head of Security, Privacy, & IT at Loyal Health, he is an advocate of research and innovation speaking to and from the technology and security industries. He brings extensive experience in building and leading high-performance teams by identifying and developing high potential leaders at all levels of an organization, many of whom achieve world-recognized leadership status. Jeff has built successful programs dealing with challenging problems, delivering prevention, recovery, and turnaround solutions to organizations.
