Unified Comms with Colby Huth, VP, Senior IT Build Engineer with Broadway Bank
Information security is a topic that can be broken down many ways. Depending on the role, you might focus on only a few layers of the OSI model while another person in your organization might focus on different layers. Today's topic is going to focus on what I consider the most influential layer of all: Layer 8 - the person. Let's spend a few minutes discussing how my role plays in helping to make sure our users are as safe and informed as possible. Users need to be setup in systems to allow for safety from all points of view, not just your individual roles point of view. Please join us as we go over a few examples, topics, and upcoming deadlines to some aspects of user safety.
Colby Huth is a Senior IT Build Engineer in the Broadway Bank Information Technology department that has a focus on contact centers, phone systems, unified communications, infrastructure and other datacenter technologies. With over 18 years experience spanning from the legal industry, to the hospitality industry and currently working in the financial sector, his experiences can relate in some form or fashion to some of the most common IT designs and models.
