Andy Spencer
Project Management in Everyday Life & InfoSec
Projects are ubiquitous in life: home, organizations, life, and work. Understanding the key concepts for Project Management will help to apply project management best practices in isolation and together.
Project Management has an integrated relationship from and to information security. Explore and discuss that critical, and often frustrating, relationship.
Andy is a technical project manager with Kapili Services, LLC, supporting the Defense Health Agency and DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization developing and fielding the virtual health application in their new electronic health system.
Andy has 20+ years of project management experience and over 30 years within the Military Health System. When not managing technical projects, Andy is engaged in community non-profits and woodworking.
