This presentation details lessons learned from my incident response experience . This presentation goes over my past experiences working large incidents, and provides actionable advice and tips for programs looking to build out their incident response capabilities, as well as some things not to do. The presentation also goes over some common misconceptions around the incident response process, and how they can be avoided. This presentation is for anyone with an interest in incident response, from the newest analyst, to experienced incident responders and executives who want to build up their teams abilities doing incident response.
